Jun: The Champagne of Kombucha Fermented Tea

Come join us and Learn How to Make Your Own Fermented Tea Brew!

Fermented foods and drinks have been consumed for thousands of years all over the world. The consumption of naturally occurring bacteria and yeast add many beneficial probiotics to the human gut.  With many Westerners struggling with digestive issues, leaky gut, IBS, autoimmune disease and depleted gut flora, ferments found in Jun, the Champagne of Kombucha, can restore, replenish and reinvigorate an otherwise compromised gut.  The regular consumption of Jun can benefit your health and wellness in countless ways.

Join Us for this Hands-on Workshop:

In this workshop, you will discover the benefits of drinking this delectable, fizzy beverage, and learn about the difference between the two most popular fermented teas: Kombucha and Jun.

You will discover the joys of brewing your own Jun, starting from our organic starter culture.  You will also harvest herbs and plants from the Ellume garden to create your own special Jun brew to take home.  We will also have Jun starter packs, complete with a starter culture (scoby), starter tea and starter container available for purchase.
